Modernisation of heating/Heat Supply

Our services cover the modernization, running and maintenance of heating and climatization systems of health, educational and other municipal or state institutions, industrial companies, office buildings, condominiums.

In our activities we prepare the estimated calculation of saving possibilities, purchase necessary licences and after the preparation of constructional planning we carry out the investment best fitting the required needs of the client.

In a long-term (5-20 year) maintenance contract we run the equipment with a high efficiency rate and take over the full financing of their replacement and renovation, even in the form of a preliminary financing programme.

We place huge emphasis on environmental protection and exhaustion rates. Besides the modernisation of the entire heating system we also undertake the reconstruction of buildings (e.g. replacement of windows, insulation), which can lead to further savings.

As a result of the proposed investments the costs of running and maintenance can be significantly reduced.
